Instructions to the Authors

"Paryeshana"-International Journal of Ayurvedic Research (PIJAR) is a peer reviewed Bi-Monthly International Journal in the field Ayurveda. PIJAR provides a stage for different sources of Ayurvedic research ,revalidated knowledge in Ayurveda to the all scholars, students, and practitioners. We accept original articles, single case reports, reviewed articles, short notes, book reviews and events related to the field of Ayurveda. Authors should prepare the manuscript according to the standards of PIJAR. Manuscripts not fulfilling the general guidelines of PIJAR may result in delayed publication or rejection. Manuscript should be written in the following order:

  • • Abstract and Keywords
  • • Introduction
  • • Observations and Results
  • • Discussion
  • • Conclusion
  • • Acknowledgement
  • • References

General Guidelines

  • • Manuscript should be neatly typed with single space on A4 size with margin 1 inch in all sides.
  • • Font-Times new roman, font size- 12 ,Title- bold with 14 size Capitals.
  • • Author/s name should be- Surname-First name-Middle name , designation, name of the institution, email id, cell number.
  • • Corresponding Authors should be mentioned separately.
  • • Ayurvedic terminology should be in Italics.
  • • Abstract should not exceed more than 250 words, with Key words not exceed more than six.
  • • Cite the references as per the international standards for publication/vancouver style.
  • • The charge for publication of journal includes the web maintenance for Reviewers. The authors have to pay the amount after complete acceptance of your manuscript. Before the publication the Chief Editor will communicate regarding the processing Fee and mode of payment

Plagiarism

Paryeshana International Journal of Ayurvedic Research (PIJAR) is strictly against Plagiarism. PIJAR is a member of CrossRef

Review Criteria

This journal uses double-blind Peer Review Policy which means that both the reviewer (s) and author (s) identities concealed throughout the review process. All submitted manuscripts reviewed by three reviewer. The review comments of the reviewer (s) to be subject of acceptance and rejection of the paper that to be finally decided by Editor-In-Chief of the journal which may take minimum of 02 to 03 weeks required for review process.

Publication Fee

Journal is providing open access services for author(s), reader(s) and institution(s). Journal does not take any kind of fee from the author(s), reader(s) and institution(s).

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) of the article is taken by Publishers 'Shri Prasanna Vitthala Education and Charitable Trust' after acceptance of the article.

Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

This journal provides open access services for author(s), reader(s) and institution(s). Journal does not take any kind of fee from the author(s), reader(s) and institution(s). Journal is free and open access for the author(s), reader(s) and institution(s). The 'Article Processing Charge' (APC) of the paper is taken by publishers after acceptance of the article/s.

  • • Indian Author(s): INR 1200 per paper
  • • Overseas Author (s): USD 100 per paper

The APC of the article is used:

  • • To maintain the infrastructure of the publication house.
  • • To manage all kind of hardware and software resources before the publication and after the publication.
  • • To assign DOI for the paper
  • • To pay fee of the essential resources

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

Invited referee who has conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies or institutions connected to the manuscript and the work described therein should immediately notify the editors to declare their conflicts of interest and decline the invitation to review so that alternative reviewers can be contacted.

Unpublished material disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in a reviewer’s own research without the express written consent of the authors. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for the reviewer’s personal advantage

Author/s must at the earliest stage possible disclose any conflicts of interest that might be construed to influence the results or their interpretation in the manuscript. Examples of potential conflicts of interest that must be disclosed including funding agencies All sources of financial support for the work should be disclosed.
